• Shanghai Joy Crown is not only a manufacturer of EAB bandages, we also produce special base cloth for elastic adhesive bandage production. There are only a few manufacturers in the world, who can produce the fabric material of elastic adhesive bandages. We use 100% high quality cotton yarn, with a technique of so-called S twist and Z twist to produce high elasticity. The base cloth of our EAB bandage has high elasticity, breathability, durability, waterproof, and also very suitable for the coating of synthetic glue, zinc oxide hot melt glue and other glues.
• Our EAB material is usually made of two colors: white and skin color. The white base fabric has a yellow center line, and the skin color base fabric has a red center line, which helps to correctly align the bandage during the use of elastic adhesive bandage. To meet the different needs of customers, we have three types of elastic adhesive bandage fabric: raw edge, trimmed edge and selvage edge. The width is 2.5CM-5CM-7.5CM-10CM-15CM-6CM-8CM–12CM ± 0.2CM. The length is 400 meters/roll. These are the fabric material of EAB tape 2.5/5/7.5/10/15/6/8/12CM X 4.5 specifications and sizes.
