This Surgical Gauze Abdominal Pad is made by pure 40's cotton yarns, with a three-layer continuous weave and fully overlocked edges, which to ensure no loose threads while effectively absorbing fluids.

Joy Crown Three Layer Woven Gauze Abdominal Pad is a special abdominal gauze pad. We use the continuous weaving technology. Instead of sewing three layers of gauze together like normal lap sponges, we weave the whole pad at once, locking each layer together. This one-piece construction reduces lint on the sides, which makes it safer to use during the surgery or wound care. We use 40's bleached cotton yarn to weave these abdominal pads, the final size is 32cm x 34cm-3ply. Other sizes are also available from us. These pads have a cotton or PVC x-ray thread woven in, along with a white cotton loop in the corner. They're usually packed 5 to a sterile pouch and sterilized with ETO or Gamma radiation.
